I have spent most of the year nearly dying of sepsis. This isn't particularly funny, but true.
On one particular day, I was woken up at about 11 AM (I am guessing) to be told by the suddenly very wired and intense ward sister that the ward had been closed down and your visitor would appear shortly.

I'm working a red-eye flight from New York to London. Before we’ve even closed the cabin doors, a passenger is already elbow-deep in a greasy bag from Shake Shack. Fries, two burgers, and a milkshake. He powers through it so he can finish it all before takeoff.
After takeoff, we get busy serving the dinner service as standard.
About forty-five minutes after the first meal service, he rings the call button.

Big cats, small cats, medium-sized cats, chonkers, and even smol cats are all loved here at the I Can Has Cheezburger offices. Let's just say that if it meows, it's getting snuggles around here. We spend our days writing about the funniest cat memes on the internet and some of the world's most famous felines, but on days like today, we are happy to introduce you to a fresh feline who is taking the internet by storm. She got the whole internet on her side with a single picture, and you might never have even heard of her!

Meet 'Baby B', a Siamese cat with dwarfism who has the hissterical habit of blepping every time she feels happy. Not only are siamese cats not very common, but being born with dwarfism makes her especially unique as well. She's purrmanently kitten-sized, as if she needed anything else to make her even cuter. Scroll down to see more of Baby B's beautiful bleps below!

Losing your cat is one of the most painful experiences that you can have as a cat owner. We say this from purrsonal experience. It hurts. You look for them, you do everything that you can, but sometimes, it's simply not up to you. When your cat runs away, sometimes, it is up to them whether to come back from their adventure or not.

Now, we were one of the lucky ones. Our cat returned to us pretty fast. It took her 24 hours exactly to change her mind about the outside world and come back inside to be spoiled the way she likes. For this person, it took seven whole years. They were sure that they were never going to see their cat again. We probably would have been too, had seven years passed since it happened. But they found their cat again, and they found it in a completely different state, which led to an insane adventure - a mission to bring the cat home. And they managed. And the reunion between this cat and its human is going to be amazing.

Gosh, it's only July?! Where is the autumnal foliage and the pumpkin spice lattes? I'm waiting for folks to make comments about how black cats are bad luck so I can yell at them saying, "No, they're not!"

I'm looking forward to a lot about the spooky season, but most appropriately, to share on I Can Has Cheezburger, cats in cute costumes. More specifically, black cats. I own a handsome tuxedo feline myself, and he has warmed up to his pumpkin costume… I promise. Though black cats are the least likely to be adopted from a shelter, the editors here at I Can Has can't get enough of the void bois. Plainly said, they are just as cool as any other cat (and they might have a few more brain cells than the orange bois).

Though Meowlloween is a ways away, black cat memes will have to tide us over until then. There's something inherently a little spooky about them; Their eyes seem to float when the lights are off and glow even brighter without their onyx coat to compare it to. If you're eagerly awaiting autumn, scroll below to microdose some spookiness.

The restaurant where I work is not really a first date kind of place, more like I don't feel like cooking, and it's the only restaurant for thirty minutes in any direction kind of place.

Growing up in the 1960-80s, our family vacations were typically camping trips. At first we’d go on extended 2-week trips all around the western US. Getting old is rough. Your knees get creaky, your teeth become fragile, and your tail just doesn't swish like it used to anymore. Crusty old cats, like hoomans, still get rickety with age, but instead of turning their aches and lower back pain into grandpa behavior, they turn their ailments into sass.

In true cat fashion, as they age and get older, they consequently become more ornery and spicier than ever. That's why, when we found out that Felix, the senior cat, was turning 24-years-old this year, we expected to see the spiciest, Scoville-level kitty out there—and we were not disappointed. Although he may not hiss and he may not strike, Felix's spice has translated into all out stubbornness, as he survives another year so that he can enjoy his favorite seasons. Basking in the sunshine and enjoying summertime walks, Felix's grey-haired wisdom can hopefully rub off on all of us—may we all enjoy the little things this summer, especially our kitties who are clocking in at about 112-years-old in human terms.

Deciding to get a sibling for your pet is a big decision that no owner takes lightly. Even if you already know how much responsibility it takes to take care of one furry friend, no one really knows what would happen if you add another one to the family. How will your firstborn react to the new addition? Will they be friends, or will jealousy take over and come between them?

Knowing how much work you will have to put into ensuring the siblings will get along, and even grow to love each other, can deter many owners from taking that leap of faith. But as we all know, the effort is usually very much worth it, because there is nothing like watching your two best friends fall in love with each other, and become inseparable until the end of their days.

Choosing the right addition to the family is a challenging task, but most pet owners will admit that the one thing that helped them decide was their heart and their gut, which is exactly what happened in the story below.

Keep scrolling to learn more about Willow the adult kitty, and her new family!
